Mumsy
The Universally Approved Floor General.
The organiser. She sees the floor better than anyone, and has the feel to know when someone is out of rhythm and make sure she gets their head back in the game.
She's been part of plenty of different teams over the years, and every single one has been better for having her.
Respected by everyone.
